Just Checking In

I love reading the posts! This is so much fun. We are loving watching the Olympics and I'm becoming quite enamoured with curling. Life keeps getting busier and I keep thinking it'll slow down soon - I think I'm wrong. Alyssa started taking piano lessons in January and loves it - more than her sister does. Kylie is really getting good and able to play fun songs now. Treyson is starting a state run program to help him learn to communicate better. He is slightly delayed in his development in language, most of which we believe is due to too many ear infections last year. But, he certainly isn't delayed physically or in boy stuff. I had no idea that so many things could be used as psuedo swords. :) TJay is presenting a presentation for some computer people (an SQL users group) on Tuesday and has been working hard with power point. My "spare" time is suddenly being gobbled up in volunteering for the girls school, but it's something I enjoy so I'll keep doing it right now. Besides, I like knowing what's going on. It's cold & snowy & I want to move to Hawaii or Guatemala next winter so I won't be so cold - I currently have bronchitis. We are excited for summer to re-do our backyard. That's up-to-date for us! We love you all & miss you - even those in PG. Keep blogging so I can read what's going on in your life. Love ya, Christy

Snow Day

We love snow! There is nothing better than fresh snow, no school - and it was warm because there was more snow coming! We played in the snow - sledding, building snowmen (Alyssa built hers by herself), and we built a fort! Of course, to end it all, we warmed up with some hot cocoa! aaaaaaaaahhhh the good life!
